Set up in 1997, this business specialises in private and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning & restoration, concentrating on the fire & flood damage sector. Other services include hard floor, leather, rug, and tile and grout cleaning. The business is an all-round one stop shop for cleaning and restoration work and has achieved a history of excellent turnover and profits over the years.

The business operates from a centrally located modern purpose built warehouse with offices on the Yorkshire/Lancashire border and supplies cost effective solutions, which are achieved by their unique, patented hot-carbonating cleaning process, which is a safe non toxic cleaning solution.

The owners have put an infrastructure in place that enables the business to run smoothly and efficiently without their presence being necessary. The business is profitable with no bad debts and offers a highly competitive cleaning service.

Equipment:
